How do I book tickets online?

Visit our Movies page, select your preferred movie, choose your showtime and seats, then proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards or digital wallets. Your e-tickets will be sent to your email.

Can I cancel or refund my tickets?

Yes, tickets can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the showtime for a full refund. After that, no refunds or exchanges are possible. To cancel, visit your booking history or contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Cinema City gift cards. Cash payments are accepted at box office counters.

Do you offer group bookings?
